Diacera EVRA FT-1095H Self Adjusting Instrument (Patent Pending):

We would like to introduce the world's first and only instrument designed to easily self adjust your back and neck, the patented Diacera EVRA self adjuster. It can also be used as a self mobilizing tool to slowly relax the muscles and increase motion in the joints.  The Diacera EVRA comes with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty.  We will repair or replace this instrument free of charge for as long as you own it.  Warranties are transferrable.

Use of the Diacera EVRA as a self adjusting tool:

The Diacera EVRA is an instrument that will allow individuals to adjust themselves in the comfort of their own home or office.  It is ergonomically designed to fit every body type and size. The EVRA allows individuals to create a short amplitude, high velocity thrust into their own backs or necks, resulting in what chiropractors refer to as an adjustment.  Two balls act as the contact points to the back or neck area, and the patented design allows individuals to transfer power from their arms and shoulders to quickly move the joint.

Feel free to view the photos and videos below for more details. The photos will show you the correct placement of the instrument for neck, midback, and lower back adjustments. The videos will show you how the adjustments are performed on the neck, midback, and lower back.

Please make sure to view the videos below to correctly position the EVRA instrument and properly create the high velocity, short amplitude thrust needed to adjust your neck and back. Click on the links to view the videos.  It may take 4-5 seconds for the video to load depending on your internet speed.

Adjust the two handles bars so your elbows are bent at 90 degrees when the 2 balls touch the back of your neck and your arms are relaxed, while holding onto the handle bars. (Sliding handle bars to the middle of the arm usually corrects this.)

Neck adjustments can be performed standing up or seated.  If seated, the chair should have a low back or no back support so it does not hit the back end of the EVRA instrument.

If pain is on the right side of your neck or your neck is painful turning to the left, position your head and the EVRA instrument as described below:

1. Head shoud be turned all the way to the left.

2. Then bend head back as far as you can.

3. Pull the right ball against the back of your neck about 1-2 inches to the right of the midline.

4. Push mostly only on the right handle bar until you can't push anymore.

5. Then quickly thrust forward and upwards in the same direction your nose is pointing.

You should sit backwards on a reclinable bench to perform these midback adjustments.  Lay down frontwards on the bench so all your upper weight is supported by the bench.

1. Adjust the two handles bars so there is only a slight bend at your elbows when the 2 balls touch your back and your arms are fully extended.

2. Position the 2 balls so they are in contact with your back, wherever you are feeling the pain.

3. One ball should be to the right and the other ball should be to the left of your spine.  Your spine is the middle of your back.

4. Take a deep breath and exhale until all your air is out of your lungs.

5. While exhaling, push on the handle bars forward and slightly upwards until you can't push anymore.   Continue to increase pressure onto the hande bars while you are exhaling. (It is important not to release any pressure.)

6. Once all your air is out, DO NOT release any pressure off the handle bars, and quickly thrust on the handle bars to adjust your back.

7. If you are experiencing pain on just one side of your lower back, you may turn your back to the left or to the right and thrust forward on just one of the handle bars, just as in the neck area.  Your ball contact point is always on the side of your pain.

Use of the Diacera EVRA instrument as a mobility tool:

The Diacera EVRA can also be used as mobility tool.  When you mobilize a joint, you are trying to increase the range of motion by slowing pushing through the joint.  After you increase motion in your joints, you will decrease pain. Feel free to view the photos and videos below to learn how to use the EVRA to increase motion throughout your back and neck areas.  You may need to wait 4-5 seconds for the video to load depending on your internet speed.

1. Adjust the two handles bars so your elbows are bent at 90 degrees when the 2 balls touch the back of your neck and your arms are relaxed at the sides, while holding onto the handle bars. (Sliding handle bars to the middle of the arm usually corrects this.)

2. Postion the arms so they are at 45 degrees to the floor then slowly pull the arms towards your head.

3. The 2 balls in the back of your neck should lift up your neck and stretch your muscles, increasing the motion in your joints.

4. Repeat steps 1-3 until your pain is relieved.

5. To treat migraine headaches, position the two balls directly under the base of your skull and repeat steps 1-3 until headache is gone.
